Founded in 1986, Montana & Idaho Community Development Corporation is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. For over 30 years, we have provided economic resources and assistance to help communities thrive and prosper.

Montana & Idaho CDC helps people find housing stability while helping others start and expand small businesses coupled with the training and technical assistance they need to be successful. With housing security, strong local businesses, and quality jobs, people can thrive and communities will prosper. Montana & Idaho CDC also creates large-scale economic impacts by supporting the expansion of nonprofit community facilities and deploying New Markets Tax Credits in low-income, rural communities across Montana and Idaho.
